Ensure that all customer orders are captured and queries are dealt with timeously

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Administration of all current and new orders
  • Administration of all order mailboxes
  • Administration of all order capturing in accordance with order capturing procedure
  • Administration of all Call Centre daily reconciliation reports
  • Administration of all confirmations to customers
  • Administration of Credit blocks and updating of relevant communication
  • Administration of order issues and updating of relevant communication
  • Daily filing of all orders received in accordance with call centre filing procedure
  • Hourly feedback on outstanding orders not captured.


Desired Experience & Qualification



  • National senior certificate / Grade 12 is essential
  • NQF Level 4 – 5 / Higher certificate in Call Centre is essential




  • 5 years’ experience in Call Centre Environment is essential
  • 3 years’ experience in ERP systems
  • Display ability to work with large volumes of detail oriented tasks




Computer Literacy

  • Advanced Microsoft packages
  • Basic knowledge of SAP

  • Communication skills
  • Coping under pressure
  • Conflict handling skills
