- Process municipal account operations (utility bills, rates, service charges)
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries
- Handle payments, banking, and electronic transactions
- Update customer information and negotiate payment arrangements
- Administer tender documents and specialized municipal services
- Support training of new staff
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Essential: Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting, 1 year relevant experience, computer literacy
- Preferred: Financial certificate + 2 years experience
