As the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the company’s image. This position requires someone who is organized, friendly, and able to manage front-desk operations while supporting administrative tasks.

✅ Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates should have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; additional local languages are a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry systems)
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical duties
  • Matric (Grade 12)
