Over the course of 12 months, learners will complete the Agile Banking Professional Certificate (NQF Level 5) and gain FAIS accreditation—paving the way for a successful career in the financial services industry.
What You’ll Learn
Participants will receive comprehensive exposure to the full value chain of a Voice Branch (call center) and develop skills in:
- Customer service & effective communication
- Client inquiry resolution

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be aged between 18 and 30
- Have completed an undergraduate qualification
- Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Be computer literate
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be enrolled in any other internship, learnership, or academic programme
- Have no more than 6 months of prior work experience
