As the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the company’s image. This position requires someone who is organized, friendly, and able to manage front-desk operations while supporting administrative tasks.
✅ Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English; additional local languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry systems)
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical duties
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or front-office role (retail/hardware industry experience is an advantage)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
